Jett Road Spec House | Project Spotlight

This beautiful contemporary spec home was built by Hask Construction with material selections by Keri Serda Interiors. The design features large open floor plan with light and neutral color palette. The gourmet kitchen features white inset cabinets and beautiful vintage stained island.

The entry features a beautiful rod iron front door.

The light and bright walls and stained on site oak flooring were the perfect background for this stunning kitchen featuring white inset cabinets and a stunning island.

When designing this spec house we wanted to keep the design elements neutral but also not feel boring. The stained island and custom metal hood were the perfect way to add some intrigue and drama without turning off potential buyers.

We wanted the space to feel grand but also have the comfort of a home.

The double paneled dishwashers kept the space simple and adds that classic touch.

Every space was meticulous designed to maximize storage including the utensil and spice pull-outs flaking the range.

The master suite is just off the great room and we wanted to space to be calm and relaxing- the perfect place to unwind from the day. The white inset vanity cabinets and large format tile help create the soothing pallete while the taj mahal quartzite bring in some pop of color.

The majestic home features 4 secondary bathrooms so we wanted to give them all the same neutral background but also have each space feel unique.

This bathroom features a beautiful free-standing tub, marble looking porcelain tile and a fun subway tile in the shower.

The shape of the laundry room posed some design challenges on placement of washer and dryer while still trying to maximize the storage space for the room. The end result was the perfect balance of storage and thoughtful design placement.

This secondary bath features beautiful blue/black cabinets with simple yet thoughtful tile selections.

This bathroom also features the midnight blue cabinets and matte black finishes that keep the space feeling modern while the marble tile adds the classic twist.
